Orders usually take approximately 4-6 business days to custom make and ship within the USA. All times are estimates and subject to change. As soon as your order has shipped out, we will email a tracking number.

Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@printmasterpiece.com. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include the following information when reporting the damage:

✅2. Information about how the order was packaged.

✅3. Clear pictures of the damaged item(s), including the packaging (both the outside and the interior inserts).

The review process may take up to 14 business days. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product FREE of charge.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at info@printmasterpiece.com , and we'll help locate it.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges UNLESS the item arrives damaged or defective.

By default, we create your artwork in portrait (vertical) format.

If your image looks better in horizontal (landscape), we’ll adjust it automatically.

You can also request horizontal when uploading your photo — just leave us a quick note.

Once you place your order, our team will create a custom illustration based on your photo and send you a preview within 24 hours from info@printmasterpiece.com (Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder!)

You can request unlimited edits until you're completely satisfied — we want it to be perfect for you.

Printing only starts once you approve the design.

If we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up via WhatsApp using the number you provided.

Still no response after 7 business days? We'll cancel the order and issue a full refund.

To create the best possible illustration, please upload one clear, high-quality photo that shows the subject well.

🌞 No heavy shadows, filters, or blurs
📐 Straight-on or slightly angled photos work best
🖼️ Only the person(s) or subject you want illustrated — no cluttered backgrounds

🚫 Avoid:

👥 Group photos (unless you’ve ordered a group illustration)
📱 Screenshots or low-resolution images
🕶️ Photos with sunglasses, face coverings, or motion blur

Yes, upon request, we can provide a high-resolution digital file of your approved illustration.

Yes, your photo is used solely for creating your illustration and is not shared or used for any other purposes.

At Print Masterpiece (Masterpiece Print Art), we use high-quality, durable materials to craft Affordable Canvases without compromising on style or value.

All our canvases come equipped with a hanging kit, designed for both horizontal and vertical mounting to suit your poster's orientation. Regardless of the size, you'll find three sawtooth mechanisms on the back, ensuring secure wall mounting.

Please note that screws or nails are not included in the hanging kit.
