At Masterpiece Print, every print is made to order, meaning it is custom-manufactured after you place your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges UNLESS the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@printmasterpiece.com. We’ll do our best to assist you and explore possible solutions.
While rare, damage can sometimes occur due to the delicate nature of frames and glass, even with careful packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@printmasterpiece.com. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include the following information when reporting the damage:
1. A detailed description of the problem.
2. Information about how the order was packaged.
3. Clear pictures of the damaged item(s), including the packaging (both the outside and the interior inserts).
Providing this information helps us expedite the review process and replacement order. The review process may take up to 14 business days. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product FREE of charge.
