When will my order arrive?
Orders usually take approximately 4-6 business days to custom make and ship within the USA. All times are estimates and subject to change. As soon as your order has shipped out, we will email a tracking number.
Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.
What should I do if my print is damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@printmasterpiece.com. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include the following information when reporting the damage:
✅1. A detailed description of the problem.
✅2. Information about how the order was packaged.
✅3. Clear pictures of the damaged item(s), including the packaging (both the outside and the interior inserts).
The review process may take up to 14 business days. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product FREE of charge.
What should I do if my order is lost?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at info@printmasterpiece.com , and we'll help locate it.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges UNLESS the item arrives damaged or defective.
For damaged items, please send photos of the damage and packaging within 24 hours of delivery at info@printmasterpiece.com, and we'll take care of it. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product FREE of charge.
What hanging hardware is included?
All our frames come equipped with a hanging kit, designed for both horizontal and vertical mounting to suit your poster's orientation. Regardless of the size, you'll find three sawtooth mechanisms on the back, ensuring secure wall mounting.
Please note that screws or nails are not included in the hanging kit.

Can I customize the frame?
We can't offer frame customizations at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
We make every print to order, if your order has already been produced we do not accept cancellations. Please contact us immediately at info@printmasterpiece.com and we will assist you the best we can.
