If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@printmasterpiece.com. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include the following information when reporting the damage:

✅3. Clear pictures of the damaged item(s), including the packaging (both the outside and the interior inserts).

The review process may take up to 14 business days. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product FREE of charge.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges UNLESS the item arrives damaged or defective.

Absolutely! We’ll use horizontal only if your photo really needs it. Just mention you prefer portrait when uploading.

Once you place your order, our team will create a custom illustration based on your photo and send you a preview within 24 hours from info@printmasterpiece.com (Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder!)

You can request unlimited edits until you're completely satisfied — we want it to be perfect for you.

Printing only starts once you approve the design.

If we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up via WhatsApp using the number you provided.

Still no response after 7 business days? We'll cancel the order and issue a full refund.

To create the best possible illustration, please upload one clear, high-quality photo that shows the subject well.

Yes, upon request, we can provide a high-resolution digital file of your approved illustration.

Yes, your photo is used solely for creating your illustration and is not shared or used for any other purposes.

The total dimensions include the print size plus the frame.

Our wooden frames are approximately 0.4"–0.6" wide, and they overlap the poster by about 0.5" on each side.

8×12" → 9×13"

12×18" → 13×19"

16×20" → 17×21"

18×24" → 19×25"

24×36" → 25×37"

All our frames come equipped with a hanging kit, designed for both horizontal and vertical mounting to suit your poster's orientation. Regardless of the size, you'll find three sawtooth mechanisms on the back, ensuring secure wall mounting.

Please note that screws or nails are not included in the hanging kit.

We use a high-quality, 200 gsm (80 lb) matte paper for our prints.
